Store Shipping Policy
Weather Note: We automatically hold back orders during the hottest and coldest parts of the year. We base this decision on the weather along the shipping route, as well as the weather at your delivery location. We store your order for free in our temperature-controlled warehouse. Orders will be shipped automatically as weather permits. You may instruct us to ship by air at any time for an additional shipping cost. You may also instruct us to send the wine at any time by ground shipment – simply send us this waiver by email or fax and we will send your box immediately, regardless of weather conditions:
"I authorize Yamhill Valley Vineyards to ship any and all orders immediately by ground shipment via any common carrier. I agree to take full responsibility for any damage caused by weather."
We are legally able to ship to the following states: CA, CO, ID, KS, MD, MN, MO, MT, NM, NY, NC, OR, WA, WY

As a Yamhill Valley Vineyards customer, your email address and phone number will never be rented, sold, or provided to a third party. Occasionally, we make special offers available to our own customers -- promotions, sales, events, discounts, etc. You may periodically receive e-mail notification from us regarding these special events and offers. If you do not want to receive e-mail notification from us concerning special promotions, savings, events or other important information, simply return the e-mail indicating your wish to "unsubscribe."
