Weather Note

We automatically hold back orders during the hottest and coldest parts of the year. We base this decision on the weather along the shipping route, as well as the weather at your delivery location. We store your order for free in our temperature-controlled warehouse. Orders will be shipped automatically as weather permits. You may instruct us to ship by air at any time for an additional shipping cost. You may also instruct us to send the wine at any time by ground shipment – simply send us this waiver by email or fax and we will send your box immediately, regardless of weather conditions:

"I authorize Yamhill Valley Vineyards to ship any and all orders immediately by ground shipment via any common carrier. I agree to take full responsibility for any damage caused by weather."

We can not ship to the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.
