Please join us at The 1905 for a night of fun, food, jazz and wine with The Christopher Brown Quartet and winemaker, Ariel Eberle. The executive chefs at the 1905 have put together a menu that is sure to impress and satiate.
Appetizer Course:
2016 Yamhill Valley Vineyards Rosé of Pinots served with an Eggplant caponata bruschetta with mint
Salad Course:
2015 Yamhill Valley Vineyards Pinot Gris served with a Fig and Tomato salad featuring ricotta cheese and sprinkled with toasted Hazelnuts.
Entree Course:
2014 A Cheerful Note Pinot Noir served with house made Pasta with Bolognese sauce, sprinkled with shaved pecorino cheese (vegetarian option: marinara).
Dessert Course:
2014 Yamhill Valley Vineyards Riesling served with Almond Panacotta with caramelized Peaches.
Music will be from 7-10pm but show up a little early to enjoy an optional cocktail hour, seating will start at 6:45pm so please show up a bit early.
