Join three renowned Willamette Valley wineries for a pre-IPNC dinner that offers beautiful wines, delicious food, and the most majestic view in the valley. But first, join us earlier in the afternoon at 2:30pm for Biodynamics 101: Learn the practical side of farming from three farmers on the subjects of organic, sustainable, biodynamic, authentic, and holistic farming as it relates to wine grape vineyards. Joining us will be Rudy Marchesi of Montinore, Moe Momtazi of Maysara, Doug Tunnell of Brickhouse, Jeff Weissler of Conscious Wine, and Wayne Bailey of Youngberg Hill. This seminar is intended to share various ways in which viticulturalists approach the subject of Biodynamics and the practical farming applications that derive from it ($35/person). If you attend both the afternoon session and the dinner, the total cost is $145.
